Shipping

Orders and Processing:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders include tracking with the option for SMS and/or email updates.

*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times

Custom Charges and Holds:

Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes. 

Lost or Stolen Parcels:

RITCHEL MONAGHAN cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels after they have been scanned as delivered.

Parcels lost in transit will be subject to investigation claims made to the shipping company. Resolutions will vary on a case to case basis and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your parcel and have it delivered. 

Items Returned to Sender:

If a package is returned to us, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. If you wish to have an item re-lodged, we are happy to send it back out to you. Any shipping fee incurred during this process will be the customers responsibility.

Order Processing and Tracking:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been fulfilled that will include your tracking number. 

Delivery times are an indication of how many business days it will take for your parcel to arrive. It does not include weekends or public holidays. Time frames are subject to delays at the discretion of the shipping carrier. Delays in parcels are out of our control.

Rates are subject to change due to changes in currency conversion.
