Returns

Returns:

RITCHEL MONAGHAN is happy to offer a full refund for your RITCHEL MONAGHAN product if you are unsatisfied with your order. This is in addition to your consumer rights to repair or replacement if your item is deemed faulty.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Ordered shipped within 30 days of delivery will be issued a store credit. 

All orders are considered final sale once 30 days has passed since the parcel has been marked as delivered by our shipping carrier and cannot be submitted for refund. 

Regarding returns:

• Return shipping is buyer responsibility.
• If you are an International customer making a return (outside of Australia/New Zealand), please ensure duties & import taxes are prepaid as any shipments bearing payment upon delivery will be refused.
• RITCHEL MONAGHAN is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during the process of returning an item. 
• Original shipping fee is non-refundable.

All items must be returned in their original condition and will be assessed before being refunded. 

If you are unsatisfied with your order please email hello@ritchelmonaghan.com to initiate the refund process.

Any items returned without any prior contact will not be refunded. 

Exchanges:

RITCHEL MONAGHAN does not offer exchange on any items. If you wish to change your item please see above for how to return an item. Once your item has been successfully returned, please proceed to place a new order with us for your desired item!
